Hips / Seat: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
Inseam: Measure straight down the inside of your leg from the crotch seam to the bottom of the ankle.

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.
Neck: Measure around the base of your neck where a collar would sit.
Tip: Measure over lightweight clothing, keep the tape parallel to the floor, and don't pull it tight.
